Skin Care 2015 Haul: Part 1 Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser For All Skin Types

I know, I know.... This is a very late review for these products! I've bought this last year 2015 but I haven't got the chance to review them right away :( Luckily, I have lots of time today so why not review it now!!! :)

Note: This whole post will be for Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Last year , like what I told you on my skin care routine page, I had suffered from cystic acne. I tried almost all products including different kinds of derm procedures but unfortunately, none of them seem to work or seem to last. Finally, I decided to try the one product that is always seen and always been the cult favorite, Cetaphil.

First of all, let us have some background check a.k.a research about Cetaphil.
"They clean without stripping. Moisturize without clogging..." Ohhh sweet promises.. but do they live by they tagline?

This was what I was using before Celeteque Hydration Facial Wash. I really loved Cetaphil! It gave my skin that moisturized look and also cleaned my face thoroughly. Some people might say that it leaves some kind of thin film. Well, in my opinion, it is true. Based on my observation, it does live some sort of film but I think it is not that harmful since it made my face feel real smooth and moisturized. If you are asking why I'm not using it anymore( I mean I'm still using it but not as a cleanser)... well.... it's because of the price and availability. A lot of store are selling Cetaphil products but what I'm actually looking for was the Cetaphil for oily skin cleanser which is always out-of-stock. Aside from that, one big bottle was php760 ($15.83). If I have the budget, I will definitely buy one again. I used up two bottles already though I still have one left which I use as a make-up remover ( and I think it will last for a long time since I don't usually wear make-up).

*Pros*
- no fragrance( all skin types)
- soap-free
- non-comedogenic
- hydrating
- works according to it's tagline
- make-up remover!

*Cons*
- expensive
- availability of the oily skin cleanser
- it has some paraben :(

P.S.

This is not a sponsored/paid review. I bought this item using my own money.
